Status

Registered. The founding meeting on 16 October 2026 approved the charter and elected the President; on 5 November 2026 the State Register Agency of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice registered the organization. Registration No. 211.171.1624643, tax ID (TIN) 08339721.

Organizational structure

Under the registered charter (Section V).

General Assembly

Supreme body. Meets once a year in regular session; only full members vote and elect. Elects the President, the Board and the Auditor, approves annual reports and amends the charter. With more than 50 full members — through delegates, one per five full members; remote and electronic voting is allowed.

Board

Collegial body of 3–5 full members elected for 2 years, no more than two consecutive terms; the President is a member ex officio. Meets at least quarterly. Approves the budget and membership fees, admits members, approves tournament and league regulations and transactions above the President's limit, and sets the President's remuneration — the President does not vote on it.

President

Executive body, elected for 2 years, no more than two consecutive terms. Runs day-to-day operations within the Board-approved budget and represents the organization. Signs transactions on its own up to 1,000,000 AMD each and 2,000,000 AMD in total per calendar year — anything above requires a Board decision.

Auditor

Elected for 2 years; cannot be a Board member, the President or an employee of the organization. Checks finances and membership fee accounting and gives an annual opinion to the General Assembly.

Conflict of interest rule: an Assembly participant, Board member or the President does not vote on matters affecting their own property or other interests or those of related persons; the interest must be disclosed in advance and recorded in the minutes.

Founders

Founders: Hovhannes Ispiryan and Tigran Mamikonian. The founding meeting elected Hovhannes Ispiryan as President. The Board and the Auditor will be elected at the first General Assembly after registration; until then the Assembly exercises the Board's powers, including admitting members and setting fees.
